Prana Bija Retreat
Saguaro National Park
March 27-31, 2026
An intimate gathering of elevated beings.
Join Ashley in Tucson Arizona’s Saguaro National Park
March marks the season of the desert bloom—a time when the arid landscape awakens with color and life. Wildflowers unfurl, rivers flow freely, and waterfalls return, reminding us of nature's quiet power and grace. In this sacred space, we gather to align with that rhythm—to nurture our deepest intentions and plant the seeds of meaningful change.
Prana means life force or vital essence. Bija means seed. Together, Prana Bija represents the energetic seed—the source from which life itself emerges and flows, nourishing our physical, mental, and spiritual being.
Our private, rural sanctuary borders the west side of Saguaro National Park. Nestled on 40 serene acres, the land is alive with towering Saguaros, native flora, and abundant wildlife. It is a place to pause, reflect and reset to authentically tend to the inner seeds of transformation.

Inhaling & exhaling are acts of communion with the universe. Without plants absorbing carbon dioxide and providing us with oxygen, humans would cease to exist. Acknowledging this balance means accepting our place as part of nature, not above or separate from it.
