Jiva — the soul, alive and breathing. Mukti — liberation. Together they point to something radical: freedom is not reserved for some distant enlightenment. It is available now, in this body, in this moment.
This is the heart of what we practice.
Join Ashley Boice for 90 minutes of Jivamukti yoga — a dharma talk, mantra chanting, breathwork, and a mindfully sequenced asana practice with hands-on assists and adjustments. We close in meditation, in stillness, in silence.
Ashley holds the space and points the way — but the tools for liberation have always lived within you. This is yoga in its truest form.
All levels welcome. Arrive 5–10 minutes early. By signing up for this class you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own wellbeing. Please communicate any injuries, ailments, or allergies to Ashley prior to class.

The Full Strawberry Moon rises in Capricorn on June 28, and she is asking you to put down the weight. Join Ashley & Shira for Surrender Through Sound — a full moon ceremony weaving lunar astrology, breathwork, and long-held yin yoga into a deep sound bath of singing bowls, rain drums, chimes, & more. We'll work with the energy of this powerful earth moon to release what we've been carrying — in the body, in the bones, in the quiet places we rarely visit. Ceremonial tea, sacred ritual, journaling, and a closing mandala circle with intention await.
6:00 PM — Arrive & Settle In Doors open. Find your mat, wrap yourself in your blanket, take in the mandala.
6:10 PM — Opening Circle Welcome, intentions set, and a brief intro to the astrology of the Full Strawberry Moon in Capricorn.
6:25 PM — Chakra & Mantra Activation Root chakra (Muladhara) awakening with the bija mantra LAM.
6:35 PM — Slow Flow & Breathwork Gentle warm-up movement followed by guided pranayama to drop in.
6:50 PM — Yin Yoga & Sound Bath Long-held yin poses with live sound healing — singing bowls, gongs & chimes.
7:40 PM — Savasana Full rest in the sound.
7:50 PM — Tea & Journaling Emerge slowly. Shared ceremonial tea poured. Capricorn full moon journal prompts offered.
8:00 PM — Closing Circle Spoken or silent intention setting. We close together.
Two hours. No experience necessary. Come as you are.
