A. Deposit
To secure a reservation, Participant must pay a deposit of fifty percent (50%) of the total Retreat Fee (the “Deposit”). This Deposit will be credited toward the total Retreat Fee and is subject to the cancellation terms below.
B. Cancellation Terms
i. Cancellations on or before May 31, 2026:
Participant will receive a refund of all fees paid, less a non-refundable administrative fee of $500 USD(“Administrative Fee”).
ii. Cancellations between June 1 and July 14, 2026:
Participant will receive a refund equal to fifty percent (50%) of the total Retreat Fee, less the Administrative Fee.
iii. Cancellations on or after July 15, 2026:
All payments are non-refundable. However, at the sole discretion of Yoga By Ashley, Participant may transfer their reservation to a substitute attendee, provided that written notice of the transfer is submitted no later than twenty-one days (21) calendar days prior to the start date of the Retreat. Tickets to Machu Picchu & train tickets are non-transferable. We cannot guarantee replacement attendee access to Day 5 excursions. See below for details.
iv. General Conditions:
All cancellation and transfer requests must be submitted in writing. Yoga by Ashley reserves the right to deny any transfer request made less than three (3) weeks prior to the start of the Retreat.
C. Payment Terms
By paying the Deposit, Participant agrees to a payment plan (if applicable), as determined by Yoga by Ashley. Participant agrees to make all payments on time. Failure to make timely payments may result in forfeiture of funds already paid and cancellation of the reservation without refund.
If setting up a payment plan directly with Yoga By Ashley, payments shall be made via Zelle directly to Ashley (information provided upon agreement):
50% of the total retreat balance is due immediately to secure your attendance and accommodation.
100% of the Retreat Fee is due on or before June 1, 2026.
*This is to ensure we can book all the tours, transport, tickets to Machu Picchu, etc.
For registrations received after the payment deadlines, a mutually agreed payment schedule will determine the amounts and due dates at the time of registration.
While registrations within 2 months of the retreat are still possible, we cannot guarantee train and entry tickets for Machu Pichu will be available, therefore it is required that you confirm with us prior to accepting new registrations within 3 months of the retreat start date.
*Machu Picchu Ticketing & Late Registration Policy
* If participants sign up within 3 months of the retreat start date, after we have already purchased the group tickets, and no tickets are available within the same group circuit originally chosen, the retreat attendee will need to cover the cost of an extra guide (USD $90) in order to accommodate the additional participant.
* In the case where a participant cancels their participation and their spot is transferred to a new participant, the new participant must cover the cost of new Machu Picchu entry tickets as well as any penalty fees to change the train tickets to the new participant’s name.
D. No outside guests are permitted without prior written approval from Yoga By Ashley. All retreat attendees must obtain written consent before allowing any non-registered individuals to join the retreat, excursions, private dinners, or access the retreat property. Only individuals listed on the official Yoga By Ashley attendee manifest are authorized participants.
