Deposit & Cancellation Policy
Never Ending Summer Retreat — Casa Fuzetta, Olhão, Portugal · August 26–31, 2027 · Yoga By Ashley
By submitting your deposit, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
A. Deposit
To secure a reservation, Participant must pay a non-refundable deposit of fifty percent (50%) of the total Retreat Fee (the “Deposit”), unless otherwise agreed upon in writing with Ashley, and provide proof of travel insurance to cover the Participant for any medical or health issues during the trip in Portugal. This Deposit will be credited toward the total Retreat Fee and is subject to the cancellation terms below. Proof of travel insurance must be submitted to Yoga By Ashley no later than fifteen (15) days prior to the Retreat’s departure date.
At Yoga By Ashley’s sole discretion, and particularly for early registrations, an extended or alternative payment plan may be offered on a case-by-case basis to help keep the Retreat accessible. Any such alternative arrangement must be agreed to in writing with Ashley in advance and will supersede the standard payment schedule set forth in this Agreement.
B. Cancellation Terms
i. Cancellations on or before May 31, 2027: Participant will receive a refund of all fees paid, less a non-refundable administrative fee of $500 USD (“Administrative Fee”).
ii. Cancellations between June 1 and July 14, 2027: Participant will receive a refund equal to fifty percent (50%) of the total Retreat Fee, less the Administrative Fee.
iii. Cancellations on or after July 15, 2027: All payments are non-refundable. However, at the sole discretion of Yoga By Ashley, Participant may transfer their reservation to a substitute attendee, provided that written notice of the transfer is submitted no later than twenty-one (21) calendar days prior to the start date of the Retreat. Please note that availability for the Ria Formosa catamaran tour and other scheduled excursions is not guaranteed for any registrations on or after June 1, 2027, as capacity may be limited and bookings are non-transferable. In the event any additional fees apply to secure last-minute bookings for these excursions, the Participant must pay the cost of the bookings and any additional fees incurred.
iv. General Conditions: All cancellation and transfer requests must be submitted in writing. Yoga By Ashley reserves the right to deny any transfer request made less than three (3) weeks prior to the start of the Retreat.
C. Payment Terms
By paying the Deposit, Participant agrees to a payment plan (if applicable), as determined by Yoga By Ashley. Participant agrees to make all payments on time. Failure to make timely payments may result in forfeiture of funds already paid and cancellation of the reservation without refund.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payments shall be made via credit card on the Yoga By Ashley website (which incurs an additional 3.5% processing fee), via Klarna on the Yoga By Ashley website (which is subject to Klarna’s terms and conditions), or via Zelle directly to This Is My Dharma LLC (information provided upon signature of Agreement), according to the following schedule:
50% of the Retreat Fee is due as the Deposit to secure participation in the Retreat, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing with Ashley.
100% of the Retreat Fee is due on or before July 1, 2027.
For registrations received after June 1, 2027, payment of 100% of the Retreat Fee is required to secure participation in the Retreat, unless otherwise mutually agreed at the time of registration, and 100% of the Retreat Fee must be paid prior to the Retreat in order to participate.
D. Outside Guests
No outside guests are permitted without prior written approval from Yoga By Ashley. Participant must obtain written consent from Yoga By Ashley before allowing any non-registered individuals to access the retreat property or participate in any retreat excursions or meals. Only individuals listed on the official Yoga By Ashley attendee manifest are authorized participants.
