A. Deposit
To secure a reservation, Participant must pay a deposit of fifty percent (50%) of the total Retreat Fee (the “Deposit”). This Deposit will be credited toward the total Retreat Fee and is subject to the cancellation terms below.
B. Cancellation Terms
i. Cancellations on or before January 1, 2026:
Participant will receive a refund of all fees paid, less a non-refundable administrative fee of $500 USD(“Administrative Fee”).
ii. Cancellations between January 2 and February 28, 2026:
Participant will receive a refund equal to fifty percent (50%) of the total Retreat Fee, less the Administrative Fee.
iii. Cancellations on or after March 1, 2026:
All payments are non-refundable. However, at the sole discretion of Yoga by Ashley, Participant may transfer their reservation to a substitute attendee, provided that written notice of the transfer is submitted no later than fourteen days (14) calendar days prior to the start date of the Retreat.
iv. General Conditions:
All cancellation and transfer requests must be submitted in writing. Yoga by Ashley reserves the right to deny any transfer request made less than two (2) weeks prior to the start of the Retreat.
C. Payment Terms
By paying the Deposit, Participant agrees to a payment plan (if applicable), as determined by Yoga by Ashley. Participant agrees to make all payments on time. Failure to make timely payments may result in forfeiture of funds already paid and cancellation of the reservation without refund.
If setting up a payment plan directly with Yoga By Ashley, payments shall be made via Zelle directly to Ashley (information provided upon agreement):
50% of the total retreat balance is due immediately to secure your attendance and accommodation.
100% of the Retreat Fee is due on or before February 15, 2026.
For registrations received after the payment deadlines, a mutually agreed payment schedule will determine the amounts and due dates at the time of registration.
