Who is this retreat for?
This retreat is for anyone looking for rest, reconnection, and renewal — whether you're new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner.
All yoga classes are beginner-friendly with plenty of options. All off-site activities are optional — join in or rest as needed.
You’re invited to listen to your body and take what you need, whether that's movement, stillness, connection, or solitude. There’s no right way to retreat — only what feels right for you.
What types of yoga are offered?
Jivamukti Yoga (vinyasa-based with spiritual elements)
Yin Yoga
Breathwork, Meditation, Sound Healing, & Intention Setting
All sessions are all-levels friendly with guidance and modifications.

We can pick you up at Cartel Coffee Roasters Downtown @ 2pm on March 27th — just let us know in advance.

Included hike: 4.5-mile guided hike to Seven Falls in Sabino Canyon

Weather: Highs 70–75°F, Lows 45–55°F
Pack layers — desert temps can shift quickly
Yoga gear: Mats and props provided, but bring your own if preferred
Desert safety: We'll review basics on arrival — critter sightings are rare

A private fireplace (Creosote Suite has an outdoor fire pit)
Kitchen or kitchenette

Wi-Fi: Available, but unplugging is encouraged
Cell service: Strong on-site; may be limited on hikes

Included: All meals on-site at The JTH Tucson
Not included: 3 off-site meals (paid individually):
Lunch at Arizona-Sonora Desert Museum
Breakfast on hike day (local café)
Final night dinner at El Charro Café
