Who is this retreat for?

This retreat is for anyone looking for rest, reconnection, and renewal- whether you're new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner.

All yoga classes are beginner-friendly with plenty of options. All off-site activities are optional- join in or rest as needed.

You’re invited to listen to your body and take what you need, whether that's movement, stillness, connection, or solitude. There’s no right way to retreat- only what feels right for you.

What types of yoga are offered?

  • Jivamukti Yoga (vinyasa-based with spiritual elements)

  • Yin Yoga

  • Breathwork, Meditation, Sound Healing, & Intention Setting
    All sessions are all-levels friendly with guidance and modifications.

Shuttle included? Yes- for arrivals before 12:00 PM on Friday, April 2, 2027

Hiking Info

Included hike: 4.5-mile guided hike to Seven Falls in Sabino Canyon
Provided:

  • Optional light breakfast at Ren Coffeehouse (not included in retreat price)

  • Hiking snacks for our time at the falls

  • Transportation and guide

What to bring: Sturdy shoes, layers, hat, sunscreen, daypack

Desert safety: We'll review basics on arrival- critter sightings are rare

What to Pack:

  • Weather: Highs 70-75°F, Lows 45-55°F

  • Pack layers- desert temps can shift quickly

  • Yoga gear: Mats and props provided, but bring your own if preferred

All rooms at The JTH Tucson feature:

  • A private fireplace (Creosote Suite has an outdoor fire pit)

  • Kitchen or kitchenette

  • Stylish, desert-inspired design

  • Luxury linens and thoughtful touches

  • Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash

Wi-Fi & Cell Service

  • Wi-Fi: Available, but unplugging is encouraged

  • Cell service: Strong on-site; may be limited on hikes

Meals

Dietary needs? We’ve got you covered- just let us know when you register (vegan, GF, dairy-free, etc.).

Packing List

  • Yoga clothes (for warm days, cool nights)

  • Hiking shoes or trail runners

  • Hat & swimsuit (for pool/hot tub)

  • Light jacket or hoodie

  • Reusable water bottle & daypack-OR-daypack with integrated water reservoir

  • Travel snacks & any medications

Not included — optional if feel called to tip guides, chefs, and/or hosts
